Duties

Help

1. Maintain applicant's medical records during the examination process.
2. Manage medical consultations to include verifying doctor's orders.
3. Ensure safety requirements are met for the proper use, storage, and disposal of needles and medical equipment.
4. Perform phlebotomy procedures to obtain blood samples.
5. Review unique medical forms for proper format, coding and completion.
6. Monitor and maintain stock level of medical supplies and restock as necessary.
7. In-process applicants, verify identity using previously captured biometrics (digital fingerprints and photographs).
8. Prepare packages and ship specimens to testing laboratory.
9. Conduct standardized medical orientation briefings to applicants.
10. Maintain control logs, custody logs and rosters, and treatment center referral list in accordance with regulations and policies.
11. Assist applicants on completion of a variety of forms required for physical examination.
