• Call only -- 7 am - 7 pm, 12-hour in-house call shifts
• Average of 5 patients per shift
• Inpatient setting only
• Pediatric hospitalist care -- ventilation, intubation, central line required
• Lumbar puncture, thoracentesis, chest tube insertion required
• UVC, UAC, needle pneumothorax decompression required
• Exchange transfusion and PA catheter skills required
• X-ray and EKG interpretation required
