Interventional Cardiologist opening NW of PIttsburgh, PA

Job Description

Seeking a skilled BC/BE Interventional Cardiologist to join a world-class network in northwest Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will enjoy a clinical academic appointment.

Highlights:

• 24/7 STEMI coverage.
• Procedures include diagnostic and interventional heart catheterizations, TEE's, cardioversions, temporary and permanent pacemakers, Intra-aortic Balloon Pumps as well as peripheral angiogram and intervention by vascular surgery.
• 4 full-time cardiologists currently (2 interventionalists with 2 non-invasive cardiologists now & growing to 6 combined) as well as 10 APPs serving two suburban areas near Pittsburgh.
• In addition to these full-time providers, there are part-time services provided by 4 Electrophysiologists (including pacemaker clinic), a Heart Failure specialist, 3 vascular surgeons, 1 thoracic surgeon, and 1 cardiothoracic surgeon.
• Outpatient office has full range of diagnostic services including 2 cath labs.
