Facilities Manager

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of our aerospace manufacturing and R&D facilities. This role requires strong expertise in mechanical and electrical systems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage facility operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and fire protection systems. Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs for facility equipment and infrastructure. Oversee facility upgrades, expansions, equipment installations, and capital improvement projects. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, safety regulations, and aerospace industry standards. Manage facility budgets, contractors, vendors, and support staff to maintain operational excellence. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. 5+ years of facilities management experience within manufacturing or aerospace environments. Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, building automation, and energy management. Proven leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
