Outpatient Physical Therapist – New Grads Welcome Location: Bossier City, LA Salary: $82,000–$100,000 base Position: Full-Time, Permanent Relocation Assistance: Available Bonus Opportunity: Available based on productivity Our client is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient practice in Bossier City. This opportunity is open to both experienced therapists and new graduates who are looking for a supportive environment where they can strengthen their clinical skills and grow their careers. What You’ll Do: Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting. Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed. Educate patients on exercises, recovery, and continued care. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Work collaboratively with other members of the clinical team. Main Qualifications: DPT preferred; experienced Master's-level PTs may also be considered. Active Louisiana Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain appropriate licensure. Outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply. Inpatient PT experience may be considered for candidates transitioning into outpatient care. Strong patient communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage an outpatient caseload effectively. Must be in good professional standing with no history of license suspension or disciplinary action. No visa sponsorship available.
