Our goal is for people to grow, have hope, thrive in their community and feel like they belong. Position Direct Care Counselor – 2nd Shift, Adult Transitional Housing Program (12‑bed) – Bradford, NH. Responsibilities Supervise the daily activities of participants, providing ongoing support, guidance and role modeling. Facilitate participant improvement in the areas of personal responsibility, social skills, medication monitoring and administration, community living skills, and behavior. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and/or two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience with the client population.
