Role Description

The Records Evaluation Specialist position is a full-time hybrid role based in Lehi, UT. Responsibilities include thoroughly reviewing and evaluating academic transcripts for accuracy, equivalency, and compliance with institutional policies. The evaluator will ensure data integrity, collaborate with admissions staff to resolve discrepancies, utilize systems to calculate GPAs, and support the transfer credit evaluation process. Additional responsibilities may include generating detailed reports and assisting with related administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in academic evaluation, transcript assessment, and GPA calculations
• Familiarity with higher education admissions processes and policies
• Technical skills in data management systems and tools, with a comfort using AI-powered platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in admissions, academic advising, or evaluation is preferred
