Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals. Requirements Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential. Active Nevada Property & Casualty Insurance License (required). Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related customer-facing role. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele. Strong communication and active listening skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.
