About the Position
Geriatric Medicine Opportunity in California
Bring your passion for elder care to a community-focused organization serving one of California's most medically underserved populations. This full-time outpatient role with a federally qualified health center allows you to focus on comprehensive care for older adults, supported by a team that includes behavioral health, dental, and social services. If you're looking for meaningful work with real impact, this could be your next step.
Practice Overview:
- You'll join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team providing integrated care to older adults
- Practice offers on-site access to behavioral health, dental, and case management support
- Emphasis on preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education
- Designed for continuity and relationship-building with patients and families
Schedule:
- Full-time outpatient position with no inpatient or weekend responsibilities
- Multidisciplinary support model ensures well-rounded care
- EMR-supported workflows for efficient documentation and coordination
- Leadership readily available for consults and support

Candidate Requirements:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine; geriatrics focus preferred
