Job Overview

We are hiring motivated sales representatives for our growing debt validation and debt relief company. Reps will work warm inbound leads generated through RVM and direct mail campaigns.

In this role, you will speak with prospective clients, review their unsecured debt profile, qualify them based on company and affiliate law firm guidelines, pull credit reports, and enroll qualified clients into debt validation programs.

We are looking for individuals who are confident on the phone, comfortable handling objections, and motivated by high commission potential in a fast-paced sales environment.

COMPENSATION PLAN

Designed for experienced debt-relief sales professionals or trainees who successfully graduate from the probationary period.

Paid whichever is greater:

Senior Closer

Hourly Pay + Commission

Your baseline earnings structure while on shift:

• $15.00/hour paid while you are actively working.
• Hourly pay acts as a draw , not guaranteed extra earnings on top of commissions.

How commissions interact with your hourly draw:

• Your earned commissions replace your draw once they exceed it.
• Ensures a steady income floor while you build your pipeline.

Duties

• Work warm inbound leads generated through RVM campaigns and direct mail marketing
• Speak with prospective clients to review their financial hardship and unsecured debt situation
• Follow company scripts and qualification process to determine program eligibility
• Review debt amounts, account types, and client qualifications prior to enrollment
• Pull and review consumer credit reports as part of the qualification process
• Enroll qualified clients into debt validation programs through affiliated law firms
• Accurately enter and manage client information within the company CRM system
• Assist clients with onboarding expectations and first/second payment follow-up
• Maintain follow-up communication with prospective and enrolled clients
• Work closely with management and team to improve conversions and overall production
• Maintain compliance with company policies and program guidelines throughout the enrollment process

Qualifications

• Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales with a focus on negotiation and customer engagement.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical or complex information simply and effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as DPP or other CRM tools used for managing customer relationships.
• Ability to follow scripts while building natural conversation and rapport
• Comfortable reviewing credit reports and qualifying clients based on program guidelines
• Self-motivated, competitive, and money-driven mindset!
