Responsibilities The RN is responsible for assessing the needs of each patient where assigned. Planning nursing care needed, including spiritual, emotional and physiological needs, and ensuring the plan of care is carried out and evaluated. Directly accountable to the Nurse Manager for the quality of patient care delivered. Modifies and delivers care specific to the age, growth and development of patients according to the unit scope of services. When serving in the charge role, the RN is responsible for clinical and leadership functions, including assessing patient needs and planning nursing care. What You Will Need Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York. Ability to assess, plan, direct, intervene and evaluate patient care. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Experience 1 year of RN experience is preferred. Pay Range Pay Range: $40.00-$50.10 per hour. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the FLSA will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may vary within the stated range based on location.
