As our company continues to grow, we are looking for energetic, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our team as Event Show Demonstrators / Brand Ambassadors in the Harrisburg, PA market and surrounding areas.

Compensation
$15.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience) + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses

Responsibilities
- Represent Blue Mountain Bathrooms at home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events
- Engage with event attendees in a friendly and professional manner
- Educate potential customers about our bath remodeling products and services
- Generate high-quality leads and schedule in-home consultations
- Create excitement and attract visitors to the booth
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional display area
- Accurately collect customer information and appointment details
- Collaborate with the Event Coordinator and sales team to achieve goals
- Uphold the company's reputation and brand standards at all times
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with strangers
- Customer service, retail, sales, marketing, or promotional experience preferred
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods during events
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Reliable transportation to travel to local events and shows
- Weekend availability required
