Sales Assoc Representative - Surgical

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Sales Associate Representative for its surgical division in Tacoma, Washington. The role involves supporting revenue growth through customer relationship building, product expertise in operating rooms, and territory strategy development alongside an experienced sales team.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales quotas while advising customers on products, services, and educational offerings
- Build and maintain customer relationships to increase loyalty and improve customer experience
- Analyze market data and sales performance to support territory strategy development
- Plan and deliver educational programs such as lunch-and-learn events within assigned territory
- Coordinate with multiple departments and represent company at trade shows and professional events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field preferred
- Professional Selling Skills (PSS) experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and laptop computers
- Strong sales track record with demonstrated competitive and results-driven approach
- Ability to travel up to 50% and work evenings and weekends as needed
- High ethical standards and integrity in professional conduct
Compensation: $60,000 base with commission and bonus; on-target earnings approximately $90,000
