Qualifications Active Virginia Real Estate Salesperson License (required) Full‑time commitment to real estate Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self‑starter with a strong work ethic and goal‑driven mindset Comfortable with technology, CRMs, and follow‑up systems Open to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement Positive attitude and high level of personal accountability Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license Compensation $95,000 - $137,500 USD yearly. This is a commission based position.
