Roles and Responsibilities As a member of the Interdisciplinary Team, you will provide integral care and treatment to patients, collaborating with specialty units to meet diagnostic needs. Your responsibilities vary by unit: Telemetry / Step‑Down Unit – care for patients transitioning to or from the ICU. High acuity and low RN‑to‑patient ratios enable quality care and skill development, ideal for those advancing toward critical care. Clinical Decision Unit – work with ER patients to build clinical skills and explore specialties. Exposure to all hospital areas supports leadership career growth. Telemetry/Oncology Unit – full unit with a certified oncology focus and integrated hospice care. Drip/IV skills are taught; nurses can obtain oncology certification paid in full by MLH. Telemetry/Cardiac Unit – manage cardiac care for the community’s 75+ population, educating patients on heart‑related self‑care. Medical Surgical / Telemetry / Orthopedic Unit – blend of general admissions, telemetry, and orthopedic recovery care. Position Telemetry Registered Nurse Schedule Options Full‑Time (36 hours per week), Part‑Time, Per Diem, Weekend Program Experience One year of recent acute care nursing experience required. Telemetry experience preferred. Education RN Diploma or ASN required. BSN preferred. Licenses / Certifications PA‑RN license. Provider BLS (American Heart Association / American Red Cross) preferred.
