The salary range for this position is $500,000 to $600,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity. Job Summary Mass General Brigham is seeking a Fellowship‑Trained Board Certified or Board Eligible Adult Reconstruction Orthopedic Surgeon to join our well‑established practice based in Northampton, Massachusetts, with clinic locations in Amherst and Hatfield. What You’ll Do Join a high‑performing orthopedic service line with subspecialty depth in Sports Medicine, Shoulder, Hand, Foot & Ankle, Total Joint Replacement, and Arthroscopic Joint Preservation—supported by an on‑site non‑surgical sports medicine physiatrist. Practice shoulder‑to‑shoulder with a collaborative team of 6 orthopedic surgeons, a physiatrist, and 7 Advanced Practice Providers in a newly expanded, state‑of‑the‑art facility designed to support efficient, team‑based care. Share in a supportive general orthopedic call schedule (currently 1:6 ) with a collegial group committed to balanced coverage.
