What You’ll Do

We’re hiring Super caregivers for a full-time, onsite Caregiver role in West Valley City, supporting residents on 2nd shift and overnight coverage (weekday and weekend availability needed). This role exists to deliver safe, attentive care while helping residents feel seen, comfortable, and supported.

Key responsibilities include assisting with daily routines and personal care, supporting mobility and safety, documenting observations, and working with the team to create fun laughter and smiles through thoughtful, resident-centered moments.

Required qualifications/skills:
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Current Food Handlers permit
- Reliable attendance for 2nd shift, overnight, and weekends

A Shift Snapshot

You’ll arrive for 2nd shift or overnight, get a quick handoff, and settle into a steady rhythm—checking in on residents, staying alert to changes, and keeping the environment calm and comfortable. Between rounds, you’ll connect with coworkers to keep staff synergy strong, share updates, and look for small chances to brighten the night. Some evenings are busy; others are quieter, giving you time to be present, listen, and help create fun laughter and smiles. By shift end, you’ll finish notes, pass along key details, and head out knowing you helped deliver Wow Moments with a flexible, supportive team of Super caregivers.
