About the Role:
As a Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and assisting residents, family members, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Providing information and assistance with daily living tasks, such as scheduling appointments and coordinating medical care
Maintaining confidentiality and respecting resident rights
Demonstrating a positive attitude and ability to work well with all people, particularly the elderly
Promoting a positive work environment that emphasizes teamwork and collaboration

What We Look for in a Candidate:
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred
Minimum 0 years of experience in customer service or healthcare setting
