Position Summary: The Registered Nurse – Pediatrics / PICU delivers evidence-based, family-centered care to pediatric and adolescent patients requiring both medical and intensive care. Gain access to Professional Development Workshops and system-wide growth opportunities Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to pediatric and critical-care patients. Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other care team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Educate and support patients’ families throughout hospitalization and discharge. Qualifications Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred. Experience: Minimum 1 year of Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) experience required. Licensure: Current Maryland Registered Nurse License.
