Responsibilities:

• Plan, adapt, and deliver instruction tailored to students’ individual goals
• Assess and monitor student progress regularly, adjusting strategies as needed
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
• Develop and update IEPs in coordination with team members
• Implement behavioral and academic interventions as necessary
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in professional development activities and team meetings
