Role is remote

Job Description
1. Must be onshore and able to work East Coast hours.
2. Technologies: AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, Step Functions, S3, DocumentDB), Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, Angular), Git/GitHub
3. Solid understanding of cloud technologies and architecture patterns, including serverless, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
4. Experience with API development using Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript.
5. Experience with application observability / monitoring tools, such as Datadog.
6. Extensive professional experience developing applications in Java (Java 8+ / 11 / 17).
7. Hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot, including RESTful services and dependency injection.
8. Experience building and consuming APIs, including REST, JSON, and OpenAPI.
9. Solid understanding of multithreaded programming, concurrency, and performance tuning.
10. Strong experience with non-relational databases, especially DynamoDB and DocumentDB; familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL is also helpful. Experience with Hibernate/JPA is a plus.
11. Understanding of AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM).
12. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, version control (Git), and GitHub Actions.
13. Strong troubleshooting skills, including the ability to debug and resolve complex production issues
