ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2018 and currently lead a growing team of two. State Farm has always been a part of my life - both my mother and sister are State Farm agents, and I've been with the company since 2012 before opening my own agency. Outside of work, I attended art school and enjoy boating, hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors with my three dogs.

Being involved in the community is important to me. Our agency actively participates in community engagement initiatives and is committed to building strong relationships with the people we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Tim Peacock - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
