• Competitive hourly pay plus monthly performance bonus

• 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM

The Automotive Parts Specialist will:

• Assist technicians, wholesale accounts, and retail customers with parts and accessory needs
• Identify, source, and sell GM and aftermarket parts
• Process special orders, returns, and warranty transactions
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in cycle counts
• Track lost sales and inventory opportunities
• Follow up on special-order parts and communicate status updates
• Support the Service Department with prompt and accurate parts fulfillment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts department
• Perform additional duties as needed to support dealership operations

• Automotive dealership parts experience preferred
• GM parts experience highly desirable
• Experience with GM Parts Workbench and GM Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC)
• Familiarity with dealership management systems such as Auto/Mate
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and inventory management abilities
• ASE Parts Specialist Certification a plus
• Forklift experience a plus
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
