Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a motivated Civil Litigation Attorney in Fair Lawn, NJ. Duties Manage cases from inception through resolution Draft and file complaints and responsive pleadings Draft and argue dispositive motions Develop litigation strategy in reimbursement and coverage disputes Engage in settlement negotiations Appear in NJ and/or NY state and federal courts Collaborate on complex healthcare litigation matters Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school 3+ years of civil litigation experience Licensed and in good standing in New Jersey or New York (both preferred) Federal court admission (either USDNJ or EDNY/SDNY) Experience in healthcare litigation, insurance coverage, or reimbursement disputes preferred Strong legal writing and analytical skills Ability to manage cases independently Education Juris Doctor (J.D.)
