Real Estate Edits (REE) provides professional photo and video editing services specifically for real estate professionals.

REE enables Realtors to capture listing photography using their own camera or smartphone and have the images professionally edited, enhanced, and delivered as MLS-ready marketing assets—at a fraction of the cost of traditional professional photography.

We are looking for a highly motivated, relationship-driven Territory Sales Representative / Business Development Manager to build awareness, develop relationships, and drive adoption of Real Estate Edits among Realtors, real estate teams, brokerages, and other real estate professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an assigned geographic sales territory.
• Identify and prospect Realtors, real estate teams, brokerage offices, brokers/owners, and other potential customers.
• Conduct face-to-face sales meetings and presentations with individual agents and brokerage organizations.
• Visit real estate offices and attend brokerage meetings, networking events, association events, open houses, and industry functions.
• Demonstrate the Real Estate Edits platform and explain how Realtors can use their own photography while significantly reducing listing-media costs.
• Develop relationships with brokerage leadership, managers, and high-producing real estate teams to create opportunities for broader adoption.
• Generate new accounts through cold outreach, referrals, networking, local events, and targeted prospecting.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and convert trials and initial orders into recurring customers.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular reporting on prospects, meetings, opportunities, and conversions.
• Work closely with the REE team to communicate customer feedback, market opportunities, and competitive information.
• Support local marketing initiatives and help establish Real Estate Edits as a recognizable brand within the assigned territory.
• Travel regularly throughout the territory, including overnight travel when appropriate.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven salesperson who enjoys being in the field , meeting people face-to-face, developing new relationships, and building business within a defined territory.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of B2B sales, outside sales, or business development experience
• Experience selling to Realtors, brokerages, mortgage companies, title companies, home-services businesses, or other professional services is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Confidence communicating with both individual Realtors and brokerage executives
• A demonstrated ability to prospect, develop relationships, and close new business
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a geographic territory
• Willingness to travel extensively by automobile
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfort using CRM systems, email, video conferencing, and mobile technology

What Success Looks Like

During the first 90–180 days, the salesperson will be expected to:

• Build a substantial prospect database within the assigned territory
• Establish relationships with key brokerage offices and Realtor teams
• Conduct a consistent number of face-to-face meetings each week
• Generate trials and first-time REE orders
• Convert trial users into recurring customers
• Develop referral relationships and local partnerships
• Establish a repeatable sales process for expanding Real Estate Edits throughout the territory
• Develop opportunities for brokerage-level and team-level adoption , rather than relying exclusively on individual Realtor sales

Compensation

Base Salary + Commission + Performance Incentives
