Looking for a Delivery Driver , FedEx Delivery Driver , Courier , Route Driver , or Non-CDL Delivery Driver job near Scranton, PA ? TAA Logistics is hiring dependable drivers to deliver packages throughout the Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Dunmore, Dickson City, Clarks Summit, and Pittston areas. Enjoy local routes, paid training, weekly pay, and a team that supports your success from day one. No CDL required.

TAA Logistics is a proud FedEx Ground contractor serving Northeast Pennsylvania. For more than two years, we've built a safety-first culture where dependable drivers can earn consistent pay, receive hands-on support, and grow with our team. Terminal Location: 99 Freeport Rd., Pittston, PA 18640.

Pay & Benefits

$150-$190/day - based on experience and route size
Beginning solo route pay: $150/day
Paid training: $100/day
Weekly pay
Evaluation Bonus - at 30/60/90 days
Stop-count and performance bonuses (earn up to $1,050+/week )
Company vehicle and uniforms provided
Paid Time Off after one year (Full-Time)
Optional 6th workday available

Schedule

Full-Time
Tuesday-Saturday or Wednesday-Sunday
Start at 8:30 AM; finish when your route is complete

Key Responsibilities

Safely complete package delivery routes
Inspect your delivery vehicle before and after each shift
Load, scan, and deliver packages accurately
Navigate efficiently using GPS
Complete 70-140 stops per day , depending on your assigned route

Required Qualifications

21 years of age or older
Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Report
Willing to submit to an employer-paid background check, drug test, and DOT physical
Able to safely lift packages up to 150 lbs
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
No CDL required
