Do you have a passion for helping others? We are looking for caring and dependable Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to serve individuals and families throughout the Nogales community.
Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply!
As a Direct Care Worker, you can make a real difference by helping individuals remain comfortable, supported, and independent in their own homes.
What You'll Do
Assist with everyday personal care needs
Provide companionship and conversation
Help with meals and light household activities
Assist with mobility and daily routines
Provide respectful and compassionate one-on-one support
