We are looking for an Executive Producer (Events) who can lead major experiential initiatives from concept to applause, steering cross-functional teams to deliver extraordinary results.

Position Summary

As the Executive Producer, you will serve as the operational anchor for our high-profile events, brand activations, and large-scale productions. You are a master strategist, a visionary director, and a calm-under-pressure leader who knows how to translate a client's wildest ambitions into an airtight, breathtaking reality. You will oversee projects from initial pitch through execution, managing budgets, tier-one creative teams, technical directors, and external partners.

This is a hybrid position. Office locations: Cincinnati, OH, Columbus, OH, Gurnee, IL, and Canton, MA.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative & Strategic Leadership: Drive the overarching vision and narrative for experiential projects, ensuring every touchpoint aligns with Ansera's standard of excellence and the client’s strategic goals.
• End-to-End Production Management: Own the lifecycle of live, hybrid, and virtual events—from initial scoping, creative pitch development, and budgeting to show-calling and post-event debriefs.
• Team & Talent Direction: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams of creative directors, designers, technical producers, content creators, and logistics coordinators.
• Client Stewardship: Act as the primary strategic partner and trusted advisor to key clients, translating complex brand needs into clear creative directives and maintaining top-tier relationships.
• Financial & Resource Oversight: Manage complex project budgets ranging from mid-tier activations to multi-million-dollar flagship experiences, ensuring strict financial accountability, margin targets, and resource optimization.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Source, vet, and negotiate with top-tier production vendors, AV partners, fabricators, and talent agencies to ensure flawless execution on the ground.
• Show-Day Command: Serve as the ultimate authority on-site, managing live show flows, cue-to-cue execution, and unexpected crisis management with poise and agility.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in corporate live event production with main focus being General Session space, with at least 3+ years in a senior producer or executive producer role leading large teams.
• Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating high-end corporate events, brand activations, immersive environments, or large-scale stage productions.
• Production Acumen: Working knowledge of theatrical/event staging, AV systems, lighting design, fabrication, and digital/hybrid integration. Show calling not a must have, but is a value add.
• Financial Fluency: Proven track record of managing large budgets (7-figure plus preferred) with rigorous attention to detail and cost control.
• Leadership Style: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and motivational skills. You know how to bring out the best in creative minds while keeping operations tightly organized
• Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required for site visits and live event deployments.
