Job DetailsJob Location: Legal Address - Louisville, KY 40202Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: Any The Opportunity As Rooftop Manager, you will take ownership of the rooftop’s daily operations and guest experience. You’ll lead the team, drive service excellence, support revenue growth, and ensure the rooftop consistently reflects the elevated yet approachable spirit of Hotel Bourré Bonne. You’ll be a highly visible leader - setting the standard for service, creating a positive team culture, engaging with guests, and making sure every detail is thoughtfully executed. This role is ideal for someone who sees hospitality as more than an operation. You see it as an experience. What You’ll Do Lead all day-to-day rooftop operations, including opening, service, closing, and special events. Create a polished, energetic, and welcoming environment for hotel guests and local patrons. Be present and engaged on the floor, setting the tone for exceptional service. Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the rooftop team. Recruit and train team members who embody the Hotel Bourré Bonne standard. Build schedules that support business needs, service levels, and labor goals. Establish and maintain high standards for service, hospitality, appearance, and professionalism. Handle guest concerns with confidence, warmth, and sound judgment. Build relationships with repeat guests, VIPs, hotel guests, and local clientele. Partner with culinary, beverage, events, sales and marketing, and hotel operations teams. Support rooftop events, private functions, activations, and special programming. Drive revenue through exceptional service, suggestive selling, promotions, events, and guest engagement. Monitor sales, labor, inventory, and operating expenses to achieve financial goals. Maintain strong controls around beverage, product, cash handling, and inventory. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, alcohol service, and hotel policies. Identify opportunities to improve the guest experience, operational efficiency, and profitability. Stay connected to Louisville’s hospitality, dining, entertainment, and cultural scene to help keep the rooftop relevant and exciting. QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For 3+ years of hospitality management experience Restaurant, bar, rooftop, nightlife, or hotel experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Professional, energetic, and hands‑on leadership style Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Why Hotel Bourré Bonne?
