Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify mental health conditions, treatment needs, and goals.

• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique circumstances and is rooted in evidence-based practices.

• Provide high-quality counseling and therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and methodologies tailored to the client’s needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage with clients regularly, offering ongoing support to those with mental health diagnoses and substance use disorders in a holistic and compassionate manner.

Qualifications\n
