We're on the hunt for a Bar Manager / Supervisor at our West Fargo location. If you're not already familiar with JL Beers, here's the short version: we serve award-winning burgers, chicken sandwiches, hand-cut fries and chips, and the best craft beer selection around. Our team takes pride in making every order fresh, every guest feel welcome, and every visit worth coming back for.

What You'll Do
- Deliver legendary guest service.
- Learn and master our food and beverage menus.
- Properly pour beer and confidently guide guests through styles, flavor profiles, and ABV.
- Lead, motivate, and support team members to create exceptional guest experiences.
- Operate our point-of-sale system with confidence.
- Help oversee food quality, beverage service and overall guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere.
- Be able to open and close the bar.
- Keep standards high while keeping the vibe fun.
What We're Looking For
- A leader who enjoys working with people. Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food & beverage industry is a plus!
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Someone who takes pride in hospitality and teamwork.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
