This role is designed for a strategic leader who can seamlessly bridge global vision with regional execution. You will partner with sales leadership to identify high-priority initiatives, crafting integrated marketing programs that guide customers through every stage of the buyer's journey—from initial awareness to long-term adoption in the clinical diagnostics space.**Key responsibilities*** **Strategic Planning:** Lead the EMEA marketing strategy for Pathology by aligning global corporate goals with specific regional sales priorities.* **Campaign Lifecycle Management:** Design and execute integrated marketing programs—from initial awareness to customer retention—to drive high-quality leads and sales volume.* **Cross-Functional Liaison:** Serve as the primary bridge between Global Product Owners and Regional Sales teams to ensure product messaging matches field realities.* **Market Intelligence:** Analyze competitor trends and customer data to optimize the sales funnel and keep marketing tactics ahead of the market.* **Performance & Budgeting:** Manage the quarterly marketing budget and track program metrics to ensure a high return on investment (ROI).* **Compliance & Quality:** Oversee all campaign materials to ensure they meet strict medical, legal, and IVD (In-Vitro Diagnostics) regulatory requirements.* **Sales Enablement:** Act as the subject expert matter for pathology workflows, providing the sales force with the technical tools, messaging, and training they need to succeed.## ## **Qualifications*** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (eg, Biomedical, Biology, Pathology, or Biochemistry) is required. An MBA or advanced degree (Master's/PhD) is highly desirable.* **Industry Experience:** 3–5+ years in pathology or clinical diagnostics.
