Position Clinical Dietitian Location Cafe at Taylor Regional Hospital, Kentucky Schedule Full-time position- Day Shift What You’ll Do Determine patients at nutritional risk using approved criteria and referrals form nursing. Perform nutritional assessments Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies Follows HIPAA compliance. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed Educate patients, families, and staff on nutrition-related topics Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals Conduct daily meal rounds. Provides ongoing in-service training to nursing staff on completing the nutritional screening piece of the patient profile and participates in nursing orientation. What We’re Looking For Bachelor's Degree Required ADA Certification required 1-2+ yrs of experience preferred Job Demands------ Strong Communication Skills Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment Frequent walking and standing Ability to work independently or as a team Strong work ethic Support our mission to provide outstanding healthcare to the people we serve.
