Certified Personal Trainer

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Personal Trainer at Trophy Fitness, you'll do meaningful work with members who actually know your name. You'll design programs tailored to the real goals of real people — weight loss, strength, athletic performance, healthier daily living — and you'll be supported by an experienced leadership team that wants to see you build a long, profitable career here. Whether you're newly certified or a seasoned coach, you'll have the autonomy, tools, and mentorship to grow your book of business and your skill set at the same time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Build Your Training Business Grow and retain an active client base Keep an accurate, current schedule in our internal systems — appointments, consults, meetings, and open availability Promote personal training to members and prospects through floor engagement and conversations Stay fluent in everything Trophy offers including Personal Training, TrophyStudio group fitness, Recovery services, and membership options — so you can point members to what fits them best Deliver the Trophy Experience Run fitness assessments, intro sessions, and complimentary workouts that introduce members to one-on-one training Engage with members on the floor — spotting form, offering tips, making people feel seen Design and coach personalized programs that move each client FORWARD toward their specific goals Keep the training floor clean, organized, and safe during every shift and session Attend continuing education sessions and internal trainings to sharpen your craft and qualify for tier advancement Show up for one-on-one check-ins and team meetings with the Personal Training Director and club leadership

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A current Personal Training certification from a nationally accredited body (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, or equivalent) — or a willingness to earn one through our certification reimbursement program Higher starting tier and pay rate available based on prior experience and/or a degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field Current CPR/AED certification (we can help non-certified applicants get there) Real passion for fitness, coaching, and the people you'll work with Solid time management and organization Comfort with basic technology (scheduling apps, email, mobile tools) Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful
