Sr. Customs Entry Writer (5690)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Sr. Customs Entry Writer to join our client's team in Reynoldsburg, Ohio . This is an Onsite, Contract to Hire position. SALARY: $32-$36/hr (depending on experience) Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Only candidates authorized to work in the US without sponsorship should apply.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of customs brokerage entry writing experience Extensive hands‑on FTZ experience (admissions, withdrawals, weekly entries) Strong knowledge of CBP regulations, HTS classification, valuation, and trade compliance Experience preparing and filing import/export entries in ACE environments Ability to independently manage high-volume entries with accuracy and complianceRESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and submit import/export customs entries accurately and on time Manage FTZ admissions, withdrawals, weekly entries, and compliance reporting Classify products, determine duties, and ensure regulatory compliance Serve as the FTZ subject matter expert for clients and internal teams Support audits, record‑keeping, and compliance initiatives Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, government agencies, and customers to resolve clearance issues Monitor regulatory changes and proactively address compliance risks Identify duty savings opportunities and suggest process improvements We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr NextPath Career PartnersVacancy posted 5 days ago
