Controller

We’ve partnered with a well-established manufacturer that’s seeking an energetic Controller who will work side by side as a partner to the CFO to further build this high-growth business. Individual will need to have prior leadership experience and will manage a team of 10+. Lead, manage, mentor, and develop supervisors and their teams across the accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger departments, establishing goals and objectives and ensuring a timely monthly close. Own monthly financial reporting for multiple operating entities — review and distribute statements, add management commentary, and analyze results versus budget and prior periods, identifying trends and concerns. Apply and maintain a strong understanding of GAAP. Review and revise accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to improve accuracy, transparency, and control activities. Oversee daily banking and cash flow management. Oversee audits with external audit firm. Required Experience & Skills Prior leadership experience in a manufacturing environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
