Salary Range: $121,935.54 - $156,140.92 annually

Position OverviewOur organization is in search of a committed Assistant Director of Patient Care for the Cardio Thoracic ICU/Cardiovascular ICU Department at our New Brunswick campus.
Qualifications- Required:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in ICU nursing
- Preferred:
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
- Previous leadership experience
- Experience with cardiac and vascular surgery patients
- CCRN certification
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Active Registered Nurse License in New Jersey
- Day Shift, 40 hours per week
- Full-Time Position
- On-Call Leadership Coverage
- Provide leadership and guidance to achieve the unit's and organization's goals.
- Communicate effectively with staff, manage resources, and oversee services.
- Assist the Director in daily unit operations and delegated tasks.
- Take on 50% of patient care responsibilities.
- Collaboratively develop and maintain staff schedules and payroll.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure staff accountability.
