Controller / Accounting Manager Our client is seeking a strategic, hands-on Controller to lead the financial operations of a mission-driven organization and serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership. Benefits & Extras Key member of the finance leadership team Meaningful work supporting an important organizational mission Direct visibility with executive leadership and board committees Opportunity to influence strategic financial decisions Collaborative and professional work environment Leadership role overseeing the full accounting function What You’ll Be Doing Lead day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, journal entries, cash receipts, billing, and reconciliations Develop and coordinate annual operating and capital budgets Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and reporting Oversee inventory controls, client billing, cash activity, and fixed asset records Partner with the leadership team on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Present financial information and budget recommendations to executive leaders and board committees Serve as a trusted advisor, promoting prudent financial management and strong internal controls What You’ll Need to be Considered 5+ years of solid accounting Active CPA license required Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and accounting best practices Demonstrated integrity and ability to manage confidential financial information Strong MS Excel experience How To Apply We’d love to see your resume, but we don’t need it to have a conversation.
