LPN or Medical Assistant - 32 Hour Flex Schedule - OB Clinic

Building Location: Park Rapids Clinic Department: 3251430 OB AND GYNECOLOGY - PRK Job Description: Essentia Health Park Rapids is seeking a dedicated LPN or CMA to join our OB team. In this role, you’ll primarily support the OB department while assisting other specialty clinics as needed, helping provide high-quality, personalized care in a positive, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include rooming patients, assisting with biopsies and birth control placement, monitoring mom and baby, and partnering with internal and external teams to ensure seamless, coordinated care. This full-time position offers 64–80 hours per two-week pay period, full benefits, and a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with two Saturday shifts every six months from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. CMA: Current registration or certification as a Medical Assistant OR verifiable completion of a Medical Assistant Program and must become certified within one year of date of hire. Must pass certification within two attempts. BOTH: AHA Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 3 months of hire.
