As an Unarmed Security Professional at a government financial services location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to visitors and staff. Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and government agency stakeholders by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, maintain visitor records, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of government office areas, parking facilities, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or security-related concerns.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
