Operations DirectorIt is our desire at Chick-fil-A West Paces Ferry to be a "home away from home" for our community. We will strive to achieve this through pursuing excellence in all areas, starting with building a High Performance Leadership Team. The Operations Director role at Chick-fil-A West Paces Ferry will report directly to the Owner/Operator and sit on a team of other Directors. The Operations Director will have full responsibility of their respective area of the business including - but not limited to - growing top line revenue, managing food and labor costs, upholding operational excellence, achieving monthly guests satisfaction and profitability goals, and stewarding leadership development amongst the team.
