TravelNurseSource is working with TalentBurst, Inc. to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Warrensville Heights, Ohio, 44122!

Job Title: RN Med Surg Tele
Location: Warrensville Heights OH
Shift: Night (4x12 Hours) 19:00 7:30

AUTO OFFER - 36 HOURS or 48 HOURS

***- South Pointe Hospital – Med/Surg Tele RN.
Night shifts, 3 -12 hour shifts
Minimum of 18 mos *recent* Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
Must have at least 18mos PERM Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
AHA BLS & ACLS required.
Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
PBDS Assessment – waived.
ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked.
