Seasonal Retail Sales Associate

Position Summary As our Seasonal Retail Store Associate, you will be at the forefront of our mission to provide a unique, immersive shopping experience, bringing our online presence into the real world. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced retail environment while maintaining visual merchandising standards and store standards. You will help keep the sales floor replenished, unpack and prepare merchandise as it arrives for merchandising. The ideal candidate will be positive, high‑energy, highly motivated and possess a great sense of style. The goal is to excite customers with this new, in‑store experience. Qualifications High school diploma required Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred but not mandatory; passion for fashion and a knack for customer service is essential Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask An upbeat, high‑energy demeanor; excited to interact with customers and passionate about our brand Great sense of style Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends Seasonal Employment Notice This is a seasonal position with an anticipated duration of up to 90 days. Candidates hired with a start date between April 1 2026 and August 1 2026 will be classified as Seasonal employees, with a predetermined employment end date of September 11 2026. Conversion to regular employment after this period is not guaranteed and will depend on business needs, individual performance, and availability. Employment is at‑will and may be ended by either party at any time, with or without cause or notice, as permitted by applicable law. Scheduled hours are not guaranteed and may vary week to week.
