Staff Development Coordinator

Cedars Healthcare Center seeks a Staff Development Coordinator – RN to lead clinical education and training for our skilled nursing and rehab team in Leonardtown, MD. This role designs, delivers, and evaluates orientation, in‑service programs, and competency validation to support safe, person‑centered resident care.
