Just Building Inc. is a fast-growing residential and commercial construction company specializing in roofing, siding, windows, doors, kitchens, bathrooms, renovations, and full-scale remodeling projects. Were looking for a dependable Skilled Laborer whos eager to grow with our company and contribute to projects that make a lasting impact.

Position Overview
The Skilled Laborer will assist in all phases of construction, renovation, and remodeling projects. This role involves supporting skilled tradesmen, maintaining job site cleanliness, and helping ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist carpenters, installers, and project leads with daily construction tasks
Perform demolition, material handling, and site preparation
Measure, cut, and assemble materials as directed
Operate hand and power tools safely and responsibly
Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
Maintain a clean and safe worksite
Follow all company safety procedures and report any hazards or issues
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion

Qualifications

Previous experience in construction, remodeling, or general labor required
Strong knowledge in carpentry, drywall, tile preferred
Knowledge of construction tools and materials
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license required
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset
Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious
