What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding service by processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, official checks, safety deposit boxes, and account inquiries.

• Balance and maintain the vault, ATM, and other branch equipment.

• Help resolve customer questions and provide solutions with a positive attitude.

• Work closely with your teammates to ensure smooth daily branch operations.

• Complete required training and follow bank policies and security procedures.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

• A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
