Global Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities 1. Provide human resources related support to the development of overseas projects, conduct regular organisational review, provide and implement effective solutions for business departments in recruitment, training, performance appraisal, compensation, employee relations, etc. 2. Coordinate and provide comprehensive human resources solutions for the development of overseas projects. 3. Provide professional advices of human resources strategy, organisation construction, administration management and other aspects to management, provide human resources information support for company’s major decision. 4. Participate in the negotiation of overseas projects, and ensure the human resources policies of Headquarter implementing in overseas projects. 5. Responsible for building overseas core talent pool, and promoting the talent succession planning. 6. Responsible for the team management, conducting screening and selecting of senior talents, improving building of company’s talent pool. 7. Inherit company culture, promote organisational values, build up communication channels, and ensure the sustainable and healthy growth of the organisation. Requirements 1. Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Human Resources, Management, Science and Engineer or related disciplines. 2. Min 10 years of work experience, with human resources management experience in overseas manufacturing industry. Have knowledge of employment legislation and best practices in United States and Europe. The personnel with group management company’s human resources background in overseas manufacturing industry is preferred. 3. Has a systematic understanding of human resources management model and accumulated practical experience, as well as advanced human resources concepts. 4. Excellent communication, organisation, coordination, and negotiation ability. 5. English is business fluent. 6.
