Compensation:

• Per diem rate: $200/hour
• Medical professional liability insurance

Practice Environment:

• 4 ORs, 2-3 Endo Rooms
• Case mix: GI/Endo- 4,800 cases annually, Surgical- 4,600 cases annually, Ortho, Uro, Plastics your standard outpatient cases
• EMR: EPIC
• Shift types: 8s
• No nights, no call, no weekends
• Great Work/Life Balance Opportunity

Qualifications:

• Active MI license
• NBCRNA Certification
• ALS/BLS Certifications
