Requirements 3+ years of experience in industrial food production, manufacturing line supervision, or food plant operations. Deep operational knowledge of FDA food safety standards, GMP, and HACCP compliance frameworks. Conversational to business-level English communication skills to direct factory floor employees. Business-level Japanese language proficiency to manage technical reporting for corporate leadership.
