Job Title

ICU / CCU Registered Nurse

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | 80 hours per two-week pay period (no exceptions) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide individualized, age-appropriate care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in the ICU/CCU setting
• Care for surgical patients and those with serious respiratory and/or cardiac conditions requiring specialized ICU/CCU services
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:2 depending on acuity, with additional nursing support provided for high-acuity cases such as ventilated patients
• Perform after-hours PACU recovery as needed
• Float to other units including OB, Med/Surg, PACU, and the Emergency Room based on individual competency level
• Complete required orientation, competency binder, and unit-based training during onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• ICU or CCU clinical nursing experience
• Ability and willingness to work any shift as needed — no exceptions
• Commitment to working 80 hours every two-week period — no exceptions

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Emergency room experience strongly recommended
• Experience with ventilated patients and high-acuity critical care populations
• Competency across multiple units including OB, Med/Surg, and PACU
